Kecamatan Ubud Airbnb
Location & Price Point:
Located in the Ubud, this beautiful airbnb is situated right by the Campuhan Ridge Walk. The ridge walk is a 15 minute walk to the center of Ubud. There you’ll find tons of shops and restaurants. This is the perfect romantic getaway in Bali. Ubud is known for its chill vibes and rainy atmosphere. This place offers seclusion and has the famous Balinese flower baths and breakfast. Although we found this listed on airbnb it also has its own website: Amora Ubud Villa. The price per night is typically 4.000.000 IDR which is $264.13 US dollars. Through airbnb we booked this for $182.75 US dollars per night.
Food/Drink:
When we got to this hotel the staff was super accommodating. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we first got there so we went to the onsite restaurant that overlooks the hotel pool. The restaurant on site is called the Bird Hill Restaurant. We were given a delicious welcome cocktail and enjoyed the pool and live music while waiting.
We didn’t actually get the chance to eat at this restaurant but the menu did look extra yummy! It is a mix of Balinese food and western fine dining. We did get the create your own breakie with our floating breakfast which was super delicious! Here is a link to their instagram with their menu.
If you are looking for a good restaurant to try I would suggest Boliche Bar at Cantina Rooftop. I recommend getting the Chicken Larb Lettuce Cups! After you go there head across the street to one of the coolest bars in Ubud. We happened to stumble across it because it was raining and I’m so happy we did. The bar is called The Lair. I’m planning to do a whole blog post dedicated to this place cause it was super cool!
Luxury Feel:
When you walk into the room you really experience the Balinese decor. It gives an airy feel with open windows, wood accents, and green paint. It has an indoor shower and semi private outdoor shower. You have the option to make the semi private bath into a flower bath. Our room came with a wardrobe for our clothes and a cute wicker bench. The large open windows made it feel like you were outside.
Unique Experience:
If you come to Bali you have to experience either a flower bath or floating breakfast! We did the floating breakfast and it was magical! It was a beautiful sunny day and it was such a treat to enjoy a delicious breakfast while taking a dip in the pool. The pool overlooks the tropical rainforest as well! I would go back here and stay a million times!
