A stay thats out of this world!
I came across this hotel while browsing for new places to stay and was super excited to see this had just opened in July 2023. I had been to Flagstaff several times and was super excited to try this place out! It truly captures the essence of Flagstaff! With its retro 60s road trip vibe and special features related to astronauts and star gazing, this hotel offers a truly cool experience. Flagstaff is known for its ASTROTOURISM, as it has been a significant training location for moonwalkers, the discovery of Pluto took place here, and it holds the distinction of being the only Dark Sky Town.
Location & Price Point:
Located in Flagstaff, AZ, and on the historical Route 66. This is the perfect weekend getaway if you live in Phoenix. Flagstaff is great for hiking, stargazing, or seeing the fall aspen trees! The price point is great ranging from $117-$157/night.

The rooms at this hotel offer a wonderful blend of vibrant colors and a cozy ambiance, reminiscent of the 60s road trip era. The vintage decor adds to the overall charm and captures the essence of that time period. Guests can look forward to a supremely comfortable bed with high-quality linens. The room is also equipped with two comfortable chairs and a spacious walk-in shower featuring stylish red accents. As you enter the parking lot you are greeted by a large astronaut figure and a bright neon sign! The fun continues as you enter the lobby which is equally as colorful and has two large kayaks lit up with neon lights. The property has an awesome pool that is heated year round. The yard area also includes fire pits, hammocks, and corn hole. The other thing I loved about this place is that they were dog friendly! They featured a dog park on site as well! Our dogs had a great stay and the front desk even gave us a complimentary dog treat which was so nice! Starting soon, they’ll be offering beverages by the pool and offering food such as burgers, hot dogs, and other classic food items on site.
