Aldi Meal Prep Must Haves.

The other day I took a trip to one of my favorite budget friendly grocery stores- Aldis! Meal Prepping has been a big part of my life for sometime and I love finding new products to try out! Here are just a few must haves that I stumbled upon that would be a great addition to your next meal prep!

1) Okay, I was shocked they had these! The cookies and cream is one of my favorite protein bars! With 12g of protein per bar! I honestly hate most protein bars because of the taste but these are soft, chewy and amazing!

2.) Chomps & Country Archer Beef Sticks! Both have 8-10g of protein per stick and it’s the perfect snack for work!

3.) I loved these because they are super easy and convenient to get your greens in! They come in little packets so I just added a scoop of protein and filled my smoothie containers!

4.) This is the perfect summer salad! I meal prepped this for work last week and it turned out pretty good! This is a great meal prep option and is super affordable! I put 6oz of chicken on each salad, making it 39g of protein total!

5.) The staples of course! Cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt is easily one of my fav ways to easily get protein if I’m low! These are both pretty basic but great options at Aldi’s.

6.) These Sun-Dried Tomato wraps are delicious and smell delicious as well! I just add a little bit of turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and other various toppings and this is the perfect, easy lunch packed with protein!

7.) This has been a staple in my pantry this last year. I honestly love just sipping on bone broth with some turmeric! I also use this a lot for cooking chicken and rice! This has a great price point as well!

8.) Edamame is a great option if you’re a snacker! I usually will throw this in the microwave and add a little bit of butter and parmesan cheese and i’m in love! These are so good and also good source of protein!
